Purcell Construction as the main contractor for the new North City Operations Depot for Dublin City Council, were tasked to provide a suitable high security boundary fence for the prestigious new depot in Ballymun, North Dublin. The design brief stated the fence was to be an open mesh panel system requiring a minimum security rating of SR3.
