Following the Government’s new directive to keep our nation safe and slow the spread of the coronavirus, NK Fencing Ltd will be closing temporarily until further notice from 27 March 2020. During this period of temporary closure, our main switchboard will remain operational for customer telephone enquiries, and emails will continue to be monitored.
LOOKING AFTER OUR PEOPLE
Clearly these are unprecedented times for us all and NK has endeavored to comply with Public Health Agency NI’s guidance at every turn. Our first priority remains the health, safety & wellbeing of all of our employees. To that effect, I wish to reassure staff that the entire management team is working tirelessly to ensure the foundations are in place for the Company to reopen stronger than ever before.
ENSURING WE DO THE RIGHT THING FOR CUSTOMERS
Our next step is to support our valued customers. We will be in communication with all of you to keep you updated on the evolving situation and will endeavour to maintain communications channels open in order to be able to respond quickly to your needs as soon as it is practicable for the business to reopen.
OUR PRIDE AND GRATITUDE
We are immensely grateful for the loyalty, support and understanding demonstrated by all our employees, suppliers and customers in these incredibly difficult times. The positivity and well wishes we have received over this immensely difficult period give us a tremendous pride as a business and we are determined to do the right thing for our people and customers.
We pride ourselves on the level of customer services that we have been privileged to offer over the past 40 years, and we hope that when we return that we are in a position once more to resume this level of service again.
KEEPING IN TOUCH
This difficult decision will raise a number of questions, which unfortunately, we do not have all the answers to at this time.
However we give you our assurance to keep you all as up to date as possible as things progress – we’re all in this together – and this is the message that we are reiterating across the NK Group; support each other and support our families.
When it is safe to do so, we are looking forward to welcoming you back to business. Until then, stay connected, stay active and stay safe.
